Can My Cancellation Be Stopped?
It depends on the type of cancellation option you chose when you cancelled.
End of Billing Period - Yes, your service stays active until the end of the paid term, so you can ask us to withdraw the request any time before that date. Once the request is withdrawn, your service renews normally on its next due date.
Immediate - Only if the service has not been terminated yet. Immediate requests are processed at midnight UTC so contact us right away. Once a service is terminated, its data is immediately deleted and cannot be restored. You will need to order a new service.
How to Stop a Cancellation Request
Log into the client area here.
Click Open Ticket in the top-right corner and choose Billing.
Choose the Related Product underneath Ticket Creator along with a statement that you want to withdraw your cancellation request.
Wait for our confirmation. We will remove your cancellation request from your service and reply to the ticket as soon as it is done.
A cancellation request cannot be withdrawn automatically. It has to be done by a staff member.
What Happens After You Stop a Cancellation Request
Renewals - Your next invoice is generated as usual, and your subscription continues to renew automatically unless you request to cancel again. Renewal charges are non-refundable so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged.
Existing Invoices - Any invoice already issued for the current term remains due.
